Our Return Policy
For merchandise returned within 7 days of delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 7 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.
Furniture and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless item is damaged during shipping. In such cases, items may be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of the date of delivery.
We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items may still be accepted.
You must be able to provide a purchase order number in order to make any returns for a full refund of the original selling price.
A one-time price adjustment will be granted on full-price purchases only if an original sales receipt is presented within 7 days of purchase.
Returning & Exchanging Orders
To return or exchange merchandise please follow the easy steps below!
1. LOCATE YOUR ORDER
If you have a Good Mama & Company account, sign in, select Order History, then locate and select the order you wish to return or exchange. If you do not have a Good Mama & Company account, you can find your order number on your packing slip on the top right-hand corner.
2. START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE & PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL
Once you've located your order, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items listed you would like to return or exchange and the reason. Once your return has been processed (please allow 1-2 business days) you will receive an email with a return label and instructions for returning your items. Print your return shipping label.
3. AFFIX RETURN LABEL
Affix the return label to your package, and be sure to remove (or cover) the original shipping label. Schedule a pickup or drop off at any USPS or UPS location.

If an item was damaged during shipping, please email us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage. We will email you back within 1-2 business days regarding this matter.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Furniture returns must shipped in same box as they were received.
Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.

Did we send you the wrong size or color? We’ll provide a FREE return label and waive shipping for your new order. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to being the process.

Good Mama & Company is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
