At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays.
Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process. Made-to-order items will ship according to timeline given by the maker and described in the item details. Select specialty items will ship within 2-4 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
We ship to all continental United States addresses.
If an item is on backorder, an Expected to Ship date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled — if this happens, we will alert you via email.
In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please contact us.
